Description
Tutsis are the second largest population division among the three largest groups in Rwanda and Burundi; the other two being the Hutu and the Twa . The following shield was carried by many tribes such as Bakiga,the Fuliro where it had a heraldic function.The shield consists of rattan ,handle and several slats.
